Exercise program for anyone over 55, this moderate-resistance training and aerobic program focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and balance.
$37.50 for one class per week, $70 for 2 classes per week, $80 for three classes per week. Participants can mix and match any community exercise program classes.
Employees and members of the Friends of the South Shore get a discount as follows; $35 for one class per week, $65 for 2 classes per week, $75 for three classes per week.
