Aquatic Conditioning

Exercises include total-body stretching and strengthening combined with cardiovascular activities in a 92-degree pool. Program benefits include improved endurance, increased muscle strength and energy and improved flexibility.  
 

Prices are $37.50 for once a week, $70/two classes a week. Discounts available for members of The Friends of South Shore Health.
