An experienced South Shore Health exercise physiologist leads this program, which is specifically designed to meet the unique fitness needs of women.
This class is a hybrid model - you can attend in person or virtually!
You’ll focus on weight-bearing activities to build muscle and bone strength, as well as movements to improve core strength and endurance, and increase your flexibility. Join us for a fun, engaging class!
Classes meet Mondays from 12-1 PM and Fridays from 11 AM-12 PM.
This class is $37.50 for one class per week, $70 for 2 classes per week, $80 for three classes per week. Participants can mix and match any community exercise program classes.
Employees and members of the Friends of the South Shore get a discount as follows; $35 for one class per week, $65 for 2 classes per week, $75 for three classes per week.
