South Shore Health’s Center for Physical Wellness is now offering virtual fitness classes!
This exercise program is tailored to benefit anyone looking to improve strength, mobility, and flexibility. Stretch your body with dynamic movements while building strength. This program includes the use of bands, hand weights, and yoga mats.
