South Shore Health’s Center for Physical Wellness is now offering virtual fitness classes!
Ease your mind and stretch out in this program involving components of yoga, tai chi, and guided meditation. Help improve mindfulness, flexibility, and mobility. This class can be modified for your fitness level with the use of a yoga mat or a chair.
