About This Event

South Shore Health’s Center for Physical Wellness is now offering virtual fitness classes!

Take a midday break and get your exercise in with this 30 minute full-body program. Exercises are combined to get your heart rate up and your muscles moving to get the most out of every move. This program includes the use of hand weights and yoga mats.
