About This Event

If your loved one has been diagnosed with dementia, you're probably feeling a little overwhelmed. Questions abound: Will care be covered by insurance? Can my loved one stay in his or her home? What should I do about my loved one's finances?

Join us for a multi-faceted conversation on preparing to help a loved one with all aspects of dementia. This free community talk will help you learn how to best prepare for your loved one. As dementia is progressive, it is best to plan ahead!

This program will feature advice from experts in the fields of Gerontology, Case Management, Rehab Services, Elder Law, and Hospice.

The program will be held at South Shore Hospital in the Emerson A and B conference rooms on the first floor. The Emerson conference rooms are located just inside the McKim Family Main Entrance.

This event is free and open to the public. Registration is appreciated, but not required.
