About This Event

Incorporating foods that are high in antioxidants into everyday meals, can go a long way for your health. Antioxidants (such as vitamins E and C) are substances that can help protect the cells in your body from damage that occurs with aging—that of which contributes to certain types of cancer and disease. At this session you will learn about the components in food that have protective qualities, how to best use various cooking oils, and how to integrate a variety of age fighting, disease preventing foods into your everyday cuisine.
